1. Try Food Freedom
A two-week stage where you add first, you don't take away. You'll know right away whether the approach feels like yours.
Food Freedom first, then Wilderbody, always at your own pace.
The starting path does not begin with a big decision or a big change. It begins with a two-week Food Freedom stage, where nothing is taken away. Instead, you add things to your diet that support your body, and learn to notice how they affect the way you feel.
Many people expect the start to mean an instant ban list: no sugar, no bread, no this, no that. In Food Freedom the order is different. Understanding comes first: why your body reacts the way it does. Only after that does it make sense to talk about what's worth changing, and in what order.
After two weeks you'll know whether this approach feels like yours. There's no commitment beyond that until you're ready for it yourself, and no pressure to continue if it doesn't feel right for you, right now.
Many people start right here, because the barrier to entry is low and the result shows up quickly in everyday life, not months down the line.
Once the Food Freedom foundation has settled, the next stage is Wilderbody, a 14-week program. The change keeps moving on the same principle: one stage at a time, in order, and you move to the next one only once the last has become part of everyday life.
The program includes shared group calls, with JP there himself, plus material that has been translated and adapted for Finnish everyday life. No one counts calories or weighs their portions. Instead, you learn to recognise what in your eating is habit, what is emotion, and what is real hunger.
This isn't a program that promises a specific result by a specific date. It's a program that teaches an understanding that holds even after the program itself ends, whatever kind of weeks come along the way.
Everyone has their own pace. Wilderbody makes room for that pace, instead of forcing everyone into the same mould on the same schedule.

Ask questions or tell me about your situation. No scripted sales pitch, just an ordinary conversation.
Once the foundation has settled, you move on to the longer program, if it still feels right.
No, this is not a diet. Nothing is banned on day one. We start from understanding, not a ban list, and changes only come once the first stage has become part of everyday life.
Never. The focus is on your relationship with food and where the real reasons for eating actually come from.
