Responsible health communication

We don't promise kilos, a timeline, or freedom from medication. We're honest about what the coaching focuses on and where its limits are.

What we promise, and what we don't

WILDERBODY® is a fourteen-week change coaching programme that looks at your relationship with food, behaviour, the environment of daily life and human biology. It helps you recognise why you eat the way you eat, and look for lasting changes in your own life.

We don't promise a specific number of kilos or a timeline. We don't promise freedom from medication. We don't promise that an illness will be cured or go away. You won't find these promises on our pages, because we can't stand behind them.

The coaching can support lifestyle changes related to health. It does not diagnose or treat illness, or make medication decisions.

We don't give medical advice

All decisions about medication belong to your own doctor, not to the coaching. We do not advise reducing, stopping or changing medication.

If a change in your relationship with food or daily life affects how you feel, discuss it with your doctor. The coaching can help you examine daily choices, but diagnosis, treatment and medication decisions belong to healthcare.

We don't claim to cure illness

Looking at your relationship with food, behaviour and the environment of daily life can support work towards wellbeing, but it is not treatment and does not replace medical monitoring. We don't claim to cure diabetes, raised blood pressure or any other illness.

If we share someone's experience or observation, we present it as one person's own experience, not a promise of what will happen to you.

To us, responsibility means keeping sources, experiences and the limits of coaching separate.
