Client story

Long-term results come from understanding, not from one moment

One picture doesn't tell you whether the change held. What tells you is what happens months later.

What kind of change we're actually looking for here

Most people coming to this aren't looking for a quick drop on the scales. They're looking for something harder to explain: a relationship with food that no longer runs their daily life. Some have tried many diets and many coaches, and every attempt has collapsed at some point back to the same starting place. Some come with type 2 diabetes or its early stage, and have already been told the situation can only be managed with medication. In both cases the question is the same: does the change hold once no one is watching anymore.

That's why we don't describe this here as a leap in one moment, and we don't promise a particular number. We talk about what happens when understanding comes first: why you ate the way you ate, and what follows once that understanding settles into place. It's a slower story than a single side-by-side picture, but it's the only story still true a year later.

How long-term results are followed

WILDERBODY® coaching proceeds in six stages, in order, and you don't move to the next one until the previous one has settled. First, something is added, not taken away: the program starts with a Food Freedom stage, where you learn to eat good food before anything is restricted. It's not about willpower, even though that's always been the assumption before; it's about giving your body and mind time to adapt one step at a time, without having to solve everything in the same week.

Each client's journey is followed personally: weekly check-ins, live group calls, and JP's own presence throughout the program. Results aren't measured at one point at the end of the program, but by what happens afterwards, once the program has officially ended and no one is reminding you of the weekly schedule anymore. If questions about medication come up along the way, for example around blood sugar, that decision always belongs to the client's own doctor, never to the coaching. We support lifestyle and everyday choices; we don't change anyone's medication.

Client stories are coming here, with permission

Some clients have already given permission to share their own journey publicly, and those stories are currently being gathered for this page. We never publish anyone without permission, and we never use anyone's story as a sales argument without the person having approved how their words are used and in what context. That's why this page fills in stage by stage, as stories are reviewed with the client and approved for publication in exactly the form they chose to tell it.

If you want to hear what kind of journeys others have gone through before you, the best way is to simply ask on a discovery call. It's about a 30-minute conversation, person to person, with no script and no pressure to buy anything. JP is happy to tell you what kinds of situations he's seen in the coaching there, and you can ask exactly the things on your mind right now.

Questions about results

Are the results permanent?

The goal is for the change to hold after the program too, because it's built on understanding rather than an external list of rules. How permanent the change is for any individual always depends on the person themselves, and it can't be promised in advance.

Why doesn't this page show large before/after pictures side by side?

Because side-by-side pictures only show how the body looks, not what actually changed. We'd rather show what a person can do now that they couldn't do before, because that tells you more than any single picture.
